Thai Yoga Massage Bielefeld – shoulder treatment

Early on I got to know intuitive massage, Shiatsu and Watsu. When I came across Krishnataki’s “Free your hands” course — Thai massage with the feet — it was clear: this is what I want to do. I have kept practising and learning ever since, often repeating courses. This work has become a true calling for me — it’s a joy, and something close to my heart: to master the techniques with precision and give the very best I have to offer.

With me you will find presence and sensitivity. I work with pressure, rhythm and stretch, and I tailor each session to you — in an atmosphere where you can arrive and let go.

My training & certifications

I have completed extensive training. Each course gave me new techniques and a deeper understanding of Thai Yoga Massage.

Training with renowned teachers: Krishnataki, David Lutt, Kerys Williams and Siawasch Peyman. Foundation training, Dynamic Thai Massage, side position, pregnancy massage, Empowering the Core, abdominal massage, Thai massage with the feet, Osteothai for the Main Joints, and the seven-day advanced course "Morjim Sequences".

Osteothai for the Main Joints
with David Lutt 5-day intensive course

Osteothai combines osteopathic principles with Thai massage — a bridge between East and West. This course focused on the mobility of the joints in the upper and lower limbs: ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, elbow and wrist. We learned precise techniques to release blocked energy in the joints, restore joint mobility and support the body in its self-healing.

I am also trained in Watsu — a restorative water treatment in which you are supported and moved in warm water while I apply gentle stretches and massage strokes. This experience in water complements my land-based work in a special way. I also have knowledge of classical massage and shiatsu.

"Dynamic Thai Massage — Perpetual Movement Poetry"

Dynamic Thai for the third time — and new subtleties again. David showed what this work looks like when it truly lands: dynamic, close to the edge — yet safe and soft for the receiver.
