Service area
The practice is in Bielefeld-Heepen/Altenhagen (33729) — on the east side of the city, with good access via the A2 and A33. Many guests travel from the surrounding area; the trip is often worthwhile for a break from everyday life and desk work.
Typically reachable in about half an hour from Herford, Bad Salzuflen, Leopoldshöhe, Lage, Oerlinghausen, Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, Paderborn, Detmold, Gütersloh, Verl, Enger and Lemgo (depending on traffic and where you start).
How to prepare
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing
- Avoid heavy meals for two hours beforehand
- If you are pregnant: please mention it when booking — I will adapt the treatment (e.g. side-lying, and on request a belly massage with warm care oil). More under Services and in the article Thai Yoga Massage für Schwangere
Cancellation policy
If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel as early as possible — at the latest 24 hours in advance.
If you do not show up or cancel at short notice, I unfortunately have to charge the full treatment fee, as I am then unable to offer the slot to someone else.
